MTV India is an Indian pay television channel specialising in music, reality and youth culture programming. It was launched in 1996 as the Indian version of MTV and is owned by Viacom18, a joint venture operation between MTV International owner Paramount Global and TV18. Most of the programming on the channel is produced in Hindi. MTV India has its headquarters in Vile Parle in Mumbai.

Bade Achhe Lagte Hain is a Hindi Indian soap opera that aired on Sony Entertainment Television from 30 May 2011 to 10 July 2014. Based on the Gujarati play Patrani by Imtiaz Patel, the soap opera was created and produced by Ekta Kapoor under the banner of Balaji Telefilms. The title of the show, along with the title-track, was derived from a song composed by R.D. Burman, from the soundtrack of the 1976 Bollywood film Balika Badhu. Ekta Kapoor had got the name, Bade Achhe Lagte Hain, registered about six years before the soap opera premiered.
Fahad Ali is an Indian television actor best known for portraying Keshav Desai "KD" in The Buddy Project and Vivan in Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai. In 2018, he participated in MTV Splitsvilla. Ali made his web series debut with ALT Balaji's NSA in 2019.

Bade Achhe Lagte Hain 2 is an Indian Hindi-language television romantic drama series that ran from 30 August 2021 to 24 May 2023 on Sony Entertainment Television. It is digitally available on Sony LIV. Produced by Ekta Kapoor under Balaji Telefilms, it is a spiritual sequel or reboot version of the 2011 series of the same name. It starred Nakuul Mehta, Disha Parmar, Randeep Rai and Niti Taylor.

It shows entrepreneurs making business presentations to a panel of investors or sharks, who decide whether to invest in their company.
Varun Sood is an Indian actor, model and former VJ. He is known for participating in reality shows like MTV Roadies, MTV Splitsvilla, Ace of Space and Khatron Ke Khiladi. He made his acting debut with Ragini MMS: Returns, and was recently seen in Karmma Calling.
