NDB Capital Limited is a Joint Venture Investment Bank between NDB Bank of Sri Lanka and group of Bangladeshi Investors based in Dhaka, Bangladesh. It has a full-fledged Merchant Banking License from Security & Exchange Commission (SEC).

The company was established in 1995 as the Capital Market Serviced Limited. Its management and controlling stake was taken over by the NDB Group of Sri Lanka and was renamed as NDB Capital Limited. [2]
