NICO Touches the Walls no Best is the first best of album by the Japanese rock band NICO Touches the Walls, released on February 5, 2014, on NICO day, in celebration of their 10th anniversary. The album includes the single "Niwaka Ame ni Mo Makezu", used as the Naruto Shippuden opening theme; the new songs "Rawhide" and "Pandora", used in the movie Genome Hazard as well as a new recording version of the song "image training". [1] The album is available in both regular and limited editions. The limited edition DVD includes a studio live video titled "Walls Is (re)Beginning", with all their songs from the first mini album Walls Is Beginning performed live.

"All Tomorrow's Parties" is a song by the Velvet Underground and Nico, written by Lou Reed and released on the group's 1967 debut studio album, The Velvet Underground & Nico.

"These Days" is a song written by Jackson Browne and recorded by numerous artists. Browne wrote the song at age 16; its lyrics deal with loss and regret. It was first recorded by Nico in 1967 for her album Chelsea Girl, and Nico's arrangement was recorded by several other artists. Tom Rush recorded the tune with a string arrangement on his 1970 album simply titled Tom Rush (Columbia). Gregg Allman recorded a new arrangement of the song in 1973 on Laid Back, and Browne recorded his own version based on Allman's arrangement on For Everyman, also in 1973. "Tori no Uta" is a Japanese trance song sung by Lia, written by Jun Maeda, composed by Shinji Orito, and arranged by Kazuya Takase. The song was recorded at Paramount Studio in Los Angeles by the visual novel studio Key through their record label Key Sounds Label for use as the opening theme of Key's 2000 visual novel Air. A short version of the song was first released on I've Sound's July 2000 compilation album Verge. The full version of "Tori no Uta" first appeared on the limited edition remix album Ornithopter originally bundled with the first printing release of the Air game, though "Tori no Uta" was not remixed on the album. The Japanese variety radio show Moteken used "Tori no Uta" as the ending theme to their October 15, 2007 broadcast.

Nico Touches the Walls was a Japanese rock band formed in 2004. The band members were: Mitsumura Tatsuya, Sakakura Shingo, Furumura Daisuke & Tsushima Shotaro. In the same year, they won the Lotte Prize at the Yamaha Teen Music Festival. Rising quickly, they signed to "Senha & Co." before signing to Sony Music Japan's Ki/oon Records in 2007. Their debut single, in a major label, "Yoru no Hate", was released in February 2008.
