Bjelovar is a city in central Croatia. It is the administrative centre of Bjelovar-Bilogora County. At the 2011 census, there were 40,276 inhabitants, of whom 91.25% were Croats.

Nogometni klub Zagreb, commonly known as NK Zagreb or simply Zagreb, is an amateur Croatian football club based in the Croatian capital city of Zagreb, currently playing in the Četvrta HNL Center, which is a fourth tier league competition in the Croatian football league system. The club was founded in 1908 as HŠK Zagreb, meaning Hrvatski Športski Klub Zagreb. From 1992 to 2014 club played in top division of Croatian football Prva HNL. After that period club was ruined by bad decisions of club board.In 2018 after managing Stadion Kranjčevićeva as their home ground since 1946 for 72 years, NK Zagreb was denied of new managing contract by the city's officials which in the end led to eviction from the venue in October 2018. So, as of 2018–19 season NK Zagreb is using their training camp ZAGREBello venue as a home ground for its official fixtures which is located in Veslačka street. The team's traditional home colours are white shirts, shorts and socks which is the reason why they are referred to as Bijeli in Croatian, meaning "The Whites". Another popular nickname of the club is "The Poets", Pjesnici in Croatian, due to their former location of home ground at Kranjčevićeva street which is named after Croatian poet Silvije Strahimir Kranjčević.

Marin Datković is a football/soccer midfielder who has most recently played for HNK Rijeka in Croatia. He was football educated at the Football Academy of NK Novalja and at the Football Academy of HNK Rijeka. On 2007, with his club HNK Rijeka he was a winner of the Croatian under-19 football cup 2007. In first half of the 2007-08 season he was loaned by HNK Rijeka to NK Orijent and since February 2008, he has been loaned by HNK Rijeka to NK Novalja.

Pag Triangle is a land formation in the shape of an isosceles triangle located near Novalja, a small town on the Croatian island Pag. The triangle has one side measuring approximately 32 metres (105 ft) and two sides both measuring 22 metres (72 ft). It differs from the surrounding area in the fact that the rocks inside the triangle are of different structure than rocks outside the triangle. Croatian Ufologist Stjepan Zvonarić believes it was the site of a UFO landing which heated the rocks to extreme temperatures in the past. This property is unique to the Pag Triangle rocks, and is not found in rocks in the surrounding area.
