Norsk Toppfotballs football award consist of a monthly and a yearly award for the best coach in the Tippeliga. The clubs union Norsk Toppfotball , TV 2 and the coaches union Trenerforeningen chooses the winner i both categories. All the coaches in the Tippeliga and the Adeccoliga have a vote.

Player

Norsk Toppfotballs football award consist of a monthly and a yearly award for the best player in the Tippeliga. Four players are nominated by a jury consisting by representatives from the clubs union Norsk Toppfotball and TV 2 . The readers of fxt.no vote for their favourite, and based on the votes and the player's efforts, the jury pick out a winner, who receives a bronze statuette.

Norsk Toppfotball

Norsk Toppfotball (NTF) is an interest organization for the 16 Norwegian Premier League and 16 Adeccoligaen clubs in Norway. The organization was previously known as Serieforeningen av 1972 (SF-72), but changed its name in 2001. NTF goal is to be a leading factor in the development of Norwegian top football on a club level. They support clubs economically, administrative and commercially to help raise the level of Norwegian football. NTF, together with TV 2 and the coaches union, choose the coach of the month/year, and together with TV 2 and the readers of fxt.no choose the player of the month/year, Norsk Toppfotball football awards.

FK Donn Norwegian sports club

Fotballklubben Donn is a Norwegian football club from the neighbourhood Lund in Kristiansand, most notable for its women's football team. It was founded on 24 June 1909 and named after a dog.

Norway participated in the Eurovision Song Contest 2010 with the song "My Heart Is Yours" written by Hanne Sørvaag and Fredrik Kempe. The song was performed by Didrik Solli-Tangen. In addition to participating in the contest, the Norwegian broadcaster Norsk rikskringkasting (NRK) also hosted the Eurovision Song Contest after winning the competition in 2009 with the song "Fairytale" performed by Alexander Rybak. NRK organised the national final Melodi Grand Prix 2010 in order to select the Norwegian entry for the 2010 contest in Oslo. "My Heart Is Yours" performed by Didrik Solli-Tangen was selected as the winner following a five-week-long competition consisting of three semi-finals, a Second Chance round and the final.

Carl-Erik Nordanger Torp is a former Norwegian footballer who last played for SK Brann as a central midfielder. He also played futsal for NFF Futsal Eliteserie club KFUM Oslo Futsal. Torp was forced to retire from playing football in 2011 after suffering a cardiac arrest during a match.

The UEFA Men's Player of the Year Award is an association football award given to the footballer playing for a men's football club in Europe that is considered the best in the previous season of both club and national team competition. The award, created in 2011 by UEFA in partnership with European Sports Media (ESM) group, was initially aimed at reviving the European Footballer of the Year Award, which was merged with the FIFA World Player of the Year Award in 2010 to become the FIFA Ballon d'Or. Norwegian broadcaster Norsk rikskringkasting (NRK) organised the national final Melodi Grand Prix 2015 in order to select the Norwegian entry for the 2015 contest in Vienna, Austria. After two rounds of public televoting, "A Monster Like Me" performed by Mørland and Debrah Scarlett emerged as the winners. In the second of the Eurovision semi-finals "A Monster Like Me" placed fourth out of the 17 participating countries, securing its place among the 27 other songs in the final. In Norway's fifty-fourth Eurovision appearance on 23 May, "A Monster Like Me" finished in eighth place, receiving 102 points.

Strømsgodset Toppfotball Norwegian professional football club

Strømsgodset Toppfotball is a Norwegian football club from Gulskogen in Drammen, who plays in Eliteserien. It is the elite football section of the multi-sports club Strømsgodset IF.

Belgium participated in the Eurovision Song Contest 2016 with the song "What's the Pressure" written by Sanne Putseys, Louis Favre, Birsen Uçar and Yannick Werther. The song was performed by Laura Tesoro. The Belgian entry for the 2016 contest in Stockholm, Sweden was selected through the national final Eurosong 2016, organised by the Flemish broadcaster Vlaamse Radio- en Televisieomroeporganisatie (VRT). The competition featured five competing acts and consisted of two presentation shows and a final. In the final on 17 January 2016, the winner was selected over two rounds of voting: the first selected the top two via the votes of ten international jury groups and a public televote, while the second selected the winner solely by public televoting. "What's the Pressure" performed by Laura Tesoro was the winner after placing first during both rounds of voting.

Kalasha Film & TV Awards is an annual accolade presented by Kenya Film Commission with a goal to recognize and celebrate achievers in Kenya's TV and film industry. Entries into the award ceremony are films and TV series that have been aired on Kenyan television stations. The inaugural awards were held in 2010 and subsequent awards are held yearly at the last quarter of the year. The Awards would represent the five original branches of the Film making: Directors, Actors, Writers, Producers and Technicians. However, the Academy organizers will advise on whether or not to include more categories as long as they sufficiently represent the entire film industry.
