Sukumaran Indian film actor and producer

Edappal Ponnamkuzhi Veettil Parameswaran Sukumaran Nair, popularly known as Sukumaran, was an Indian actor and producer of Malayalam films. Sukumaran became a popular film star in Malayalam cinema during the 1970s. He was considered one of the superstar trios of Malayalam cinema during the late 1970s and early 1980s along with Soman and Jayan.

K. Ramachandra Babu was an Indian cinematographer of over 125 films, out of which most are Malayalam films. He also worked for films in Tamil, Telugu, Hindi, Arabic and English languages. He served as the cinematographer for several documentaries and advertisement films as well. He was the founder of the Indian Society of Cinematographers (ISC).

Prathapachandran Indian film actor

Prathapachandran (1941–2004) was an Indian actor, who worked predominantly in Malayalam film industry, though he acted in a few Tamil and Telugu movies as well. He known for the portrayal of villainous and character roles in over 300 movies. T. Damodaran

T. Damodaran was a screenwriter who predominantly works in Malayalam cinema. Considered among the best screenwriters of Malayalam cinema, he is known for scripting some of the biggest blockbusters in Malayalam cinema. Damodaran wrote the screenplays of films such as Angaadi (1980), Ahimsa (1981), John Jaffer Janardhanan (1982), Ee Nadu (1982), Iniyengilum (1983), Ithiri Poove Chuvanna Poove (1984), Vaartha (1986), Avanazhi (1986), 1921 (1988), Aryan (1988), Arhatha (1990), Inspector Balram (1990), Abhimanyu (1991), Adhwaytham (1992), Jackpot (1993) and Kaalapani (1996) among which the latter won four National Film Awards and seven Kerala State Film Awards.

Pattathuvila Karunakaran (1925–1988) was an Indian film producer and short story writer of Malayalam literature. He was best known for his book, Vimarsham and for his association with the film, Uttarayanam, the directorial debut of noted filmmaker, G. Aravindan, as the film's producer and story writer. Kerala Sahitya Akademi awarded him their annual award for story in 1972.

K. N. Jagannatha Varma was an Indian actor who worked in Malayalam film and television industry. He was also a Kathakali artist. His son Manu Varma is also an artist and his son-in-law Viji Thampi is a film director. He acted in a number of Malayalam movies performing stereotypical roles of a senior police officer, judge or a priest. Some of his noted roles were in movies New Delhi (1987), Thanthram (1988), Lelam (1997) and Pathram (1999), all directed by Joshiy. Varma joined the Kerala Police Force in 1963, before getting active in movies. He retired from the Kerala Police as the Superintendent of Police. Varma was an accomplished Kathakali artist, having mastered the art from Pallippuram Gopalan Nair Asan. He was also a percussionist, having learned the art from Kalamandalam Raman Namboothiri after retiring from Government service. His younger brother K. N. Surendranatha Varma, a retired college professor, is also a Kathakali artist.

Devan (actor) Indian actor

Devan Sreenivasan, is an Indian film and television actor, producer, and politician from Kerala. He is known for his character roles in Malayalam, Tamil, and Telugu language films. After many second hero and supporting actor roles, he made his breakthrough in the 1987 film New Delhi. He later advanced to a lead actor with films like Oru Minnaminunginte Nurunguvettam (1987), Oozham (1988), Simon Peter Ninakku Vendi (1988) and Aranyakam (1988). His well-known movies such as Vietnam Colony (1992), Ekalavyan (1993), Honest Raj (1994), Baashha (1995) and Indraprasdham (1996).

K. P. A. C. Sunny (1934–2006) was an Indian actor in Malayalam movies. He acted in more than 400 Malayalam films. He occupied the movie industry for four decades.

Pala Thankam was an Indian actress in Malayalam movies. She was one of the prominent supporting actresses, singers and dubbing artists in the late 1960s and 1970s in Malayalam and Tamil movies. She acted in more than 100 movies and dubbed for almost 500 films.

Ever since he acted the role and performed a song called Open Zero, he was known as Zero Babu. He also composed few songs including Nakshathrangal Chimmum from the 1983 film Marakkilorikkalum, Manavaattippennorungi from 1982 movie Kurukkante Kalyaanam. Nale Ba or Naale Baa is a popular folk legend which features prominently in areas across Karnataka, India. "Naale Baa" has been found written on walls of small towns and villages for years now. Villagers write this on walls to prevent the entry of a malevolent spirit into their homes, It is believed that malevolent spirit or witch roams at night & takes away children, In some variations people used to believe that a witch roams around the houses, Calls person's name If he/she replies that person would die by vomiting blood, In some other variations of the myth, the spirit is believed to be a bridal ghost who roams around the town in search of her husband, She is known to take away the man of the house who is often the sole earning member of the family, therefore, bringing bad luck to the entire household.
