Village Shires is a community within Northampton Township, Bucks County in the U.S. state of Pennsylvania. It is defined by the U.S. Census Bureau as a census-designated place (CDP) for statistical purposes and does not have any legal status as a separately incorporated municipality. The population was 3,949 at the 2010 census.
Hóra Sfakíon or Sfakia is a town on the south coast of Crete, Greece. It is the capital of the remote and mountainous region of Sfakiá, and is a small town of just 265 inhabitants. It lies on the south coast near the end of the Imbros Gorge, 74 km south of Chania. It has two small harbours, where the ferry boats from Agia Roumeli dock, which in the summer bring the hikers from the Samaria Gorge to take buses back to the northern coast. From Hóra Sfakíon ferries also go to the nearby coastal town of Loutro and the island Gavdos.

The Nasib Border Crossing is an international border crossing between Syria and Jordan. It is one of the busiest border crossings in Syria and is situated on the Damascus-Amman international highway near Nasib, Syria. It is the main crossing for Syrian exports to Jordan and the GCC countries. In April 2015, the crossing fell to control of Free Syrian Army and al-Nusra Front during the Battle of Nasib Border Crossing. On 6 July 2018, the Syrian army recaptured Nasib Border Crossing in the 2018 Southern Syria offensive.
