Naftokhimik Prykarpattya (formerly Nadvirna Oil Refinery) [3] is one of the oldest oil refineries in Ukraine, built in 1897, [1] with a capacity of about 2.6 million tons of crude oil per year as of 2005. PJSC Naftokhimik Prykarpattya is one of the six oil refineries in Ukraine [4] and the only one that works with Ukrainian raw materials.

PJSC Lysychansk Oil Investment Company is the second largest oil refinery in Ukraine, capable of refining 16 million tons of oil per year. It is located at Verkhnokamianka, Luhansk Oblast, about 10 km from the outskirts of Lysychansk city.
