Sheena Shirley Easton is a Scottish singer and actress who achieved recognition in an episode of the reality television series The Big Time: Pop Singer, which recorded her attempts to gain a record deal and her eventual signing with the EMI label. Her first two singles, "Modern Girl" and "9 to 5" both entered the top ten of the UK Singles Chart simultaneously. She became one of the most successful British female recording artists of the 1980s. The Video Show is a DVD by British band Genesis. Released on 29 November 2004 in the UK and 13 September 2005 in North America, it compiles music videos from their earliest, three videos filmed for the A Trick of the Tail album in 1976, to their latest, the video for "The Carpet Crawlers 1999", filmed in 1999. Similar to the Platinum Collection compilation album, which was released on the same day, the track listing begins at the We Can't Dance album and goes backwards in time before jumping to post-We Can't Dance material, which appears at the end of the track listing going forwards in time.

Whilst her success was somewhat limited in her native Scotland and the United Kingdom, she scored one number one album in the United States on the Billboard Hot 100 between 1981 and 1991.

Her music was produced by various well-known Italian producers, namely Giacomo Maiolini, Mauro Farina, Sergio Dall'Ora and Giancarlo Pasquini. She often collaborated with Clara Moroni, who wrote many of her compositions. Moroni also did most of the backing vocals/choirs for Ferretti's songs for Time Records. Together with Moroni, she was a member of the duo Gipsy & Queen. In 2011, she recorded and released an Italian folk song entitled "Io Libera". Among her best known hits is the song "My World".
Billy Joe Walker Jr. was an American songwriter, record producer and recording artist. He composed singles for Eddie Rabbitt, including "I Wanna Dance with You", "That's Why I Fell in Love with You" and "B-B-B-Burnin' Up with Love". He produced the first three albums of Bryan White, and for Pam Tillis, Collin Raye and Travis Tritt. He was also a session musician who played guitar. Between 1987 and 1994, he recorded seven solo albums, all for major labels.
