Nandamuri Mohana Krishna is an Indian cinematographer known for his works in Telugu cinema. [2] [3] [4] He made his breakthrough as a film cinematographer [5] [6] with his father N. T. Rama Rao's Chanda Sasanudu (1983), [7] which was also remade in Tamil as Sarithira Nayagan (1984) for which Mohana was also the cinematographer. [8] [9] Subsequently, he has continued to collaborate with his father on other projects. [10] [11]
Nandamuri Mohana Krishna was born in Madras (present-day Chennai, Tamil Nadu) to Telugu actor and three-time Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh N. T. Rama Rao and his wife Basavatarakam. [12] [13] Actors Nandamuri Balakrishna, and Nandamuri Harikrishna are his brothers. Harikrishna's sons Nandamuri Kalyan Ram and N. T. Rama Rao Jr., and Mohana Krishna's son Taraka Ratna are also actors in the Telugu cinema. [14] Mohana Krishna's younger brother Nandamuri Ramakrishna Jr. is a film producer. [3] [4]
Mohana Krishna's son Taraka Ratna died on 18 February 2023, at the age of 39 while undergoing treatment in Bangalore. He had spent twenty-three days in the hospital in critical condition. [15] He died four days before his 40th birthday. [16]

Nandamuri Taraka Rama Rao, often referred to by his initials NTR, was an Indian actor, filmmaker and politician who served as Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh for seven years over three terms. He is considered one of the greatest, and most influential actors and filmmakers in the history of Indian cinema. He starred in over 300 films, predominantly in Telugu cinema, and was referred to as Viswa Vikhyatha Nata Sarvabhouma. Rao received three National Film Awards for co-producing Thodu Dongalu (1954) and Seetharama Kalyanam (1960) under National Art Theater, Madras, and for directing Varakatnam (1970).
Daggubati Ramanaidu was an Indian film producer known for his work in Telugu cinema. He founded Suresh Productions in 1964 which became of one of the largest film production companies in India. He was one of the most influential movie Moguls in Indian cinema. Yalamanchili Venkata Satyanarayana Chowdary is an Indian Telugu cinema writer, director, producer, distributor, exhibitor and a music company owner. He made his debut as a director in 1998 with the film Sri Sita Ramula Kalyanam Chootamu Raarandi produced by Nagarjuna under the banner "Great India Entertainments".
