Nandasiri Jasentuliyana is a Sri Lankan lawyer. He was the Director of the United Nations Office for Outer Space Affairs and the Deputy Director-General, United Nations Office at Vienna. He was also the President of International Institute of Space Law; Executive Secretary of the UN Conference on Nuclear Energy and UN Conference on the Peaceful Uses of Outer Space. [1]

Educated at Richmond College, Galle, he holds advanced degrees in Law and International Relations from the Universities of Ceylon, London and McGill, and is an Attorney-at-Law. He holds a Masters in Air and Space Law (1965) from McGill University and a diploma from the Academy of International and Comparative Law.

Dr. Lalanath de Silva is a Sri Lankan born environmental lawyer, serving as the first Head of the Independent Redress Mechanism of the Green Climate Fund (GCF) established as the main funding mechanism under the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC). He was appointed to this position by the 24-member board of the GCF and is one of the four board-appointed officials of the fund.
