From 1980s to 1990s, Tarzi was Permanent Observer of Organisation of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) to the United Nations, Geneva, Switzerland and United Nations, Vienna, Austria and Senior Political Adviser and Deputy Permanent Observer of OIC to the United Nations, New York, United States of America. In the 1970s, Tarzi was the Afghan Diplomat in Washington D.C., United States of America.
UNOSAT is the United Nations Satellite Centre. It is hosted at the United Nations Institute for Training and Research (UNITAR), with the mission to promote evidence-based decision making for peace, security and resilience using geo-spatial information technologies. UNOSAT provides the United Nations funds, programmes and specialized agencies with satellite analysis, training and capacity development, at their request. UNOSAT also supports the UN Member States with satellite imagery analysis over their respective territories and provides them with training and capacity development in the use of geospatial information technologies.

She studied French at the University of Ife and received her BA Honours in 1975.

Scholars Pavilion or Scholars Chartagi is a monument donated by the nation of Iran to the United Nations Office at Vienna. The monument architecture is Persian Achaemenid architecture, with Persian columns and other features from Persepolis and other remains from the Achaemenids. The Chahartaq pavilion form runs through Iranian architecture from pre-Islamic times to the present.
Aruni Yasodha Wijewardane is a Sri Lankan diplomat and the current Foreign Secretary of Sri Lanka. Previously she served in several senior positions in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Sri Lanka, as well as overseas. From 2005 to 2008 she served as Ambassador of Sri Lanka to Austria and Permanent Representative to the International Organisations in Vienna. In addition to her career at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, she also served as an international civil servant, as Director of the Secretariat of the Policy Making Organs of the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) from 2013 to 2020.
Leena Al-Hadid is a Jordanian diplomat, ambassador extraordinary and plenipotentiary to Austria, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, and Slovenia. She also serves as Jordan's permanent representative to the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe and the United Nations in Vienna. In 2018–2019, she was the elected chairperson of the International Atomic Energy Agency's board of governors.
Abdullah bin Khalid Al Saud is a member of the House of Saud and Saudi Arabia's permanent representative to the United Nations in Vienna, ambassador to Austria, and nonresident ambassador to Slovakia and Slovenia.
