Napier Recreation Ground was a cricket ground in Napier, Hawke's Bay, New Zealand. It was located on Carlyle Street, opposite Chaucer Street. The ground first held a first-class match when Hawke's Bay played Wellington in 1884. Hawke's Bay would play nineteen further first-class matches there, the last of which came in 1913 against Auckland. [1] During this period the ground played host to the touring Fijians, Marylebone Cricket Club and Australians.
McLean Park is a sports ground in Napier, New Zealand. The two main sports played at the ground are cricket and rugby union. It is one of the largest cricket grounds in New Zealand.
An English team raised by the Marylebone Cricket Club (MCC) toured New Zealand between December 1906 and March 1907. The tour comprised two first-class matches against New Zealand, two each against the four main provincial teams – Auckland, Canterbury, Otago and Wellington – and one against Hawke's Bay. There were also five minor matches against teams from country areas.
The Hawke's Bay cricket team, representing the Hawke's Bay region of New Zealand, played first-class cricket between 1883–84 and 1920–21, and competed in the Plunket Shield in the 1914–15 and 1920–21 seasons. The side has continued to appear in minor cricket and now competes in the Hawke Cup competition, where it has been the dominant team from 2020 to 2024.

Morrinsville Recreation Ground is a cricket ground in Morrinsville, Waikato, New Zealand. The first recorded cricket match held on the ground came in 1980 when Thames Valley played Bay of Plenty in the 1975/76 Hawke Cup. The ground later held a first-class match in the 1986/87 Shell Trophy when Northern Districts played Central Districts. A second first-class match was held there in the 1988/89 Shell Trophy when Northern Districts played Wellington. First-class cricket hasn't been played there since. A single Youth One Day International was held there in 1988 when New Zealand Under-19s played India Under-19s.
Bayly Park was a cricket ground in Hāwera, Taranaki, New Zealand. First-class cricket was first played there in 1892 when Taranaki played Hawke's Bay. A further first-class match came in 1895 when Taranaki played the touring Fijians, with another first-class fixture against Hawke's Bay following in 1897. The final first-class match played there came in 1898 when Taranaki played Canterbury. The ground still exists today, but first class cricket is no longer played there.
Levin Domain, also known as Courtesy Domain, is a cricket and rugby union ground in Levin, Manawatū-Whanganui, New Zealand. The first recorded cricket match held on the ground came in 1966 when Horowhenua played Southern Hawke's Bay in the 1965/66 Hawke Cup.

His one and only match for New Zealand was against Queensland on July 1 where he came on as an injury replacement for Ernie Asher. New Zealand won the match 24–13 in front of 7,000 spectators at the Brisbane Cricket Ground.
