During his life,Hindawi served for over 40 years in several key government positions from 1965 until 2005. Some of these positions include Chief of The Royal Hashemite Court,Deputy Prime Minister,Minister of Education,Minister of Finance,Minister of Media,Minister of Social Affairs,Minister of Labor,Minister of State for Prime Ministry Affairs,Senator in Upper House of Parliament,Deputy in Lower House of Parliament,and Ambassador. Jawad Anani is a Jordanian economist and politician. After working for the Central Bank of Jordan in the 1960s and 1970s he held high ranking positions in the civil service. He has held several ministerial posts since 1979,including a four-year stint as Minister of Labour between 1980 and 1984. During the early 1990s he held positions as Minister of State for Cabinet Affairs and Minister of Information,and was involved in the peace-process between Jordan and Israel. During the later half of the decade he was Deputy Prime Minister for Development Affairs,Foreign Minister and Chief of the Royal Court. From June 2016 until January 2017 he was Deputy Prime Minister for Economic Affairs in the cabinets of Hani Al-Mulki.
The Prime Minister of Jordan,Hani Al-Mulki,was tasked with forming a cabinet on 29 May 2016. The new cabinet was sworn in by King Abdullah II on 1 June 2016. After the September 2016 general election,Mulki formed a new cabinet. Majdi Khaldi is a Palestinian diplomat and ambassador. He is the senior diplomatic advisor to Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas,holding the rank of minister. Khaldi has previously served in the Palestinian National Authority from 1994 through 2006 in multiple roles,including deputy minister of foreign affairs,acting deputy minister of the Ministry of Planning and International Cooperation,and director general of the Ministry of Planning and International Cooperation. Bisher Khasawneh is a Jordanian politician and diplomat who has been serving as the 43rd Prime Minister of Jordan and Minister of Defence since 12 October 2020.
Prime Minister Bisher Al-Khasawneh was tasked with forming a cabinet on 7 October 2020. He was sworn in along with his cabinet on 12 October 2020. The two exceptions were Minister of State Mahmoud Kharabsheh who had been tested positive for COVID-19,and Minister of State for Follow-up and Government Coordination Nawaf Wasfi Tell who had to follow quarantine requirements after return from abroad.
Zeina Toukan is the Jordanian Minister of Planning and International Cooperation. She was appointed as minister on 27 October 2022.
