Natalie de la Rosa (born 22 September 2010) is an American rhythmic gymnast. [1] She represents the United States in international competitions. She is a silver medalist in team and bronze in hoop at Junior World Championships and a two-time (2024, 2025) Junior Pan American all-around champion.

Personal life

At 4 years old, Natalie asked her mom to take her to gymnastics class. At the time she was enrolled in a daycare that had stretch time with the piano teacher. She told her mom that she had a very flexible back and that she should try rhythmic gymnastics. Natalie went to her first trial class in 2015. Her dream is to establish herself as an international gymnast. [2] She has two brothers, Brando and Elliott.

Career

As a pre junior she wong gold in the All-Around and with ball and silver with hoop at the 2022 International Tournament Ritam Cup in Belgrade. [3] [4] In 2023 she became a junior, [5] debuting at the Aprodite Cup where she topped the All-Around for the girls born in 2010 and was 6th in the ball final. [6] [7] [8] In April she finished 10th overall and 8th with clubs at the Sofia international tournament. [9] [10] At the USA Gymnastics Championships in Tulsa she was 4th in the All-Around, with hoop and ball, 7th with ribbon and won silver with clubs. [11] [12]

In 2024 she took part in the Aphrodite Cup in Athens, being 5th with ball and winning silver in the ribbon final. [13] In late April she was selected for the Pacific Rim in Cali, there she won gold in the All-Around, with ball and with ribbon and in the team competition, along Jaelyn Chin, Isabella Chong, Megan Chu, Yana Golovan and Dawn Kim, and silver with clubs. [14] [15] A week later she won gold in the All-Around, with ball and ribbon as well as silver with hoop at the Gdynia Rhythmic Stars. [16] [17] She was then selected for the Pan American Championships in Guatemala City, there she was the gold medalist in teams, All-Around and with ball. [18] [19] [20]

In March 2025 she won bronze with hoop and ball, as well as silver with ribbon and gold with clubs, at the Aphrodite Cup. [21] [22] [23] [24] At the 2025 Pan American Championships she won six gold medals in team, all-around and in all apparatus finals. [25] [26] [27] In June, she was selected to participate in the 2025 Junior World Championships, held in Bulgarian capital, Sofia. She helped Team USA won team silver, the first team medal won by the U.S. at rhythmic World Championships. [28] She also won bronze in hoop, with a score 26.450. [29] In August she competed at the Junior Pan American Games in Asunción, winning gold in the All-Around. [30] [31] [32]
