Madabusi Santanam Raghunathan FRS is an Indian mathematician. He is currently Head of the National Centre for Mathematics, Indian Institute of Technology, Mumbai. Formerly Professor of eminence at TIFR in Homi Bhabha Chair. Raghunathan received his PhD in Mathematics from (TIFR), University of Mumbai; his advisor was M. S. Narasimhan. Raghunathan is a Fellow of the Royal Society, of the Third World Academy of Sciences, and of the American Mathematical Society and a recipient of the civilian honour of Padma Bhushan. He has also been on the Mathematical Sciences jury for the Infosys Prize from 2016.
Srinivasacharya Raghavan was an Indian mathematician who worked in number theory. He was born on 11 April 1934 in Thillaisthanam, Thanjavur, Tamil Nadu. After completing B.A. (Hons) from St. Joseph's College, Tiruchirapalli, he joined TIFR in 1954 as research student, and completed his Ph.D. in 1960 under the supervision of Professors K. Chandrasekharan and K.G. Ramanathan. He was affiliated with TIFR from 1956 until retirement in 1994, and served as Dean of Mathematics Faculty during 1986-89. He played an important role in the development of the TIFR Centre for Applicable Mathematics at Bangalore in its initial years. He also held visiting appointments at the Institute for Advanced Study, Princeton, USA, Sonderforschungsberiech at University of Goettingen, Germany, SPIC Mathematical Institute and taught at the Centre for Advanced Studies in Mathematics at the University of Mumbai for many years.

Ashis K. Mukherjee is an Indian biochemist specializing in snake venom biochemistry, molecular biology and microbiology. He served as the Head of the Department of Molecular Biology and Biotechnology of Tezpur University during 2008– 2011. Known for his research on snake venom biochemistry, proteomic composition and other proteins related work from microbial and plant background, Mukherjee serves as the head and coordinator of the Nodal Center for Medical Colleges and Biomedical Research Institutes of North East India at Tezpur University. The Department of Biotechnology of the Government of India awarded him the National Bioscience Award for Career Development, for his contributions to biosciences, in 2013. Mukherjee has also received the Visitor's Award 2018 for research in the fields of basic and applied sciences from the President of India.
Pritam Deb is an Indian physicist, nanoscientist and a professor of physics at Tezpur University. He is known for his studies on nanoscience and technology as well as the physics of materials and has published a number of articles; ResearchGate, an online repository of scientific articles has listed 86 of them. Besides, he has also published a book, Kinetics of Heterogeneous Solid State Processes, on nonisothermal kinetics.
Dhruba K. Bhattacharyya is a senior member of IEEE and a professor in the department of Computer Science and Engineering in Tezpur University, Tezpur, Assam.
Subrat Jyoti Neog is a Film Critic, a Theatre Critic and a Playwright from the Indian state of Assam. He teaches in Tezpur University at the department of Assamese as an associate professor.
