Ocean Two is a residential skyscraper in the Costa del Este district of Panama City, Panama. Construction of the 73-story, 245.7 m (806 ft) building began in 2006 and was completed in 2010. At the time of its completion, it became the tallest building in Panama and Latin America. It was then surpassed by The Point in 2011.
Aqua Multiespacio is an office skyscraper in Valencia, Spain. Completed in 2006, it has 22 floors and stands 95 metres tall. This makes it the third tallest building in Valencia, after the Hilton Valencia and Torre de Francia.
Intempo is a 47-floor, 202-metre-high skyscraper building in Benidorm, Spain. The design of the building was officially presented on 19 January 2006 and work began in 2007. Originally scheduled for completion in 2009, work was significantly hampered by the economic crisis of 2008 which seriously affected the real estate sector in Spain. Construction was almost completed in March 2014, but the sponsoring undertaking went into bankruptcy. In 2018, the building was acquired by SVP Global, and was fully finished by mid-2021.
The Torre Lúgano is a residential building in Benidorm, Spain and measures 158 meters in height. It is the third tallest building in Benidorm, and the ninth tallest building in Spain.
The Asia Plaza is a vision supertall skyscraper that will rise 431 m (1,414 ft) in Kaohsiung, Taiwan. The building will comprise 103 floors above ground as well as 7 basement levels. It is a part of the Asia Plaza Tri-Tower Complex, that comprise three buildings: the 103-storey Asia Plaza, the 49-storey Far Eastern Ding Ding Hotel and the 18-storey Mega'21 Far Eastern Shopping Complex, of which only the shopping complex was completed in 2001.
