He played representative level rugby league (RL) for Wales, Wales Students, Wales Dragonhearts and West Wales, and at club level for Cardiff Demons, Aberavon Fighting Irish and Celtic Crusaders (Colts), as a second-row, and club level rugby union (RU) for Narberth RFC.
