Minori Chihara is a Japanese voice actress and former singer who has had roles in several anime series. She is well known for her voice role as Yuki Nagato in The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya and Leon in The iDOLM@STER, while in her musical career, she has been signed under King Records and Lantis. She was born in the city of Utsunomiya, Tochigi and was raised in Saitama. She was affiliated with the talent agency HoriPro International.

<i>Contact</i> (Minori Chihara album) 2007 studio album by Minori Chihara

Contact is Minori Chihara's second solo album. It was first announced to be released at a press conference held during August 16, 2007 as part of her singing career revival and contains the title tracks from her two CD singles: Junpaku Sanctuary and Kimi ga Kureta Anohi. Its first pressing is a "Silver Limited Edition" including a foil slipcase and quad-fold digipak. A follow-up thirteenth track "Contact 13th" was released with the PV DVD Message 01 on December 26, 2007 on an extra CD included in the package. It is unknown if this track will be included in subsequent printings of the Contact album in the future.

Paradise Lost is the fifth CD single by Minori Chihara. The single was used as the opening theme song to the anime Ga-rei -Zero- in which she voices the main character Kagura Tsuchimiya. Subsequently, in the 6th episode of The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya-chan, the character Yuki Nagato sang a muted version of Paradise Lost at the end of the episode. The single placed 15th on the Oricon charts in the month it debuted.

Chū-Bra!! is a Japanese manga series written and illustrated by Yumi Nakata. The manga was serialized in Futabasha's Comic High! magazine from January 22, 2007, to April 22, 2011 and the chapters collected into seven tankōbon volumes. An anime television series adaptation animated by Zexcs aired from January 4 to March 22, 2010.

"Yasashii Bōkyaku" is the eighth CD single containing 4 versions of the titular song by Minori Chihara. The single was used as the ending theme to The Disappearance of Haruhi Suzumiya, in which Chihara again reprises her role as Yuki Nagato. It won the Best Singing Award at the fifth annual Seiyu Awards held in 2011 in Tokyo for Chihara's performance. A promotional video for the song, filmed in the Haruhi Suzumiya franchise's real-world parallel setting of Nishinomiya-Kita Prefectural High School, was released January 27, 2010 on Lantis' official YouTube channel.

Horizon in the Middle of Nowhere is a Japanese light novel series written by Minoru Kawakami and illustrated by Satoyasu. The series is set in the distant future when Japan has been conquered by other countries and divided up into feudal territories. The series is part of a six-stage chronicle universe, with Minoru's other light novels encompassing the other five. A 13-episode anime adaptation by Sunrise aired between October and December 2011. A 13-episode second season aired between July and September 2012. Both seasons have been licensed and released on DVD and Blu-ray by Sentai Filmworks in North America and Manga Entertainment in the UK. A video game adaptation for the PlayStation Portable titled Horizon in the Middle of Nowhere Portable was developed by Tenky, and was released in Japan on April 25, 2013.

Sparrow's Hotel is a yonkoma manga series written and illustrated by Yuka Santō. An anime adaptation by Hotline aired between April 9 to June 25, 2013, on AT-X and was streamed with English subtitles by Crunchyroll.

Tokyo Vice is an American crime drama television series created by J. T. Rogers and based on the 2009 memoir by Jake Adelstein. It stars Ansel Elgort, Ken Watanabe, Rachel Keller, Hideaki Itō, Show Kasamatsu, Ella Rumpf, Rinko Kikuchi, Tomohisa Yamashita, Miki Maya, and Yōsuke Kubozuka. The series centers on Adelstein (Elgort), an American journalist investigating the yakuza in Tokyo.
