Nicola Paparusso (born 7 November 1963) is an Italian cultural organizer, executive producer, talent manager, and cultural activist in the field of university and social research. [a] He is best known as the manager of Khaby Lame, Sergei Kosenko, Giorgio Ghiotto, and Seydou Sarr. [b] He is the founder of Paparusso Communication, [c] and African Fashion Gate, [1] the organizers of Premio la Moda Veste la Pace. [2]
In 2025, Nicola Paparusso was the executive producer of the short documentary Anime di coraggio, written and directed by Giorgio Ghiotto. [3]

He obtained a degree in Political Science and a Master's degree in Administrative Science from the University of Naples Federico II. [b]
In 1998, Paparusso made his debut as a writer with the novel "L'infiltrato". [d] In 2012, he released an essay on "Angeli Assassini". [e] In 2014, he founded the cultural association African Fashion Gate. [1] One of its main initiatives is the prize Premio la Moda Veste la Pace , which recognizes figures in fashion and culture who have worked against racism and discrimination. [2] In 2023, the tenth edition of the award, Naomi Campbell received the award "for undertaking and sustaining a campaign against racism in fashion and beyond". [2]
From 2006 to 2008, at the Legislature XV of Italy, he served as the Legislative Advisor to the President of the Senate Defense Committee and the President of the Italian Delegation to the NATO Parliamentary Assembly. [f] In 2025, he produced the short documentary Anime di coraggio, written and directed by Giorgio Ghiotto, was presented fuori concorso (out of competition) at the 82nd Venice International Film Festival.
