In 1963,she became the first woman cabinet minister of Bihar. She was also the first Bihari woman to become a cabinet minister in Government of India in 1977. Devi was born in Munger district on September 25,1922,and died on February 3,2001. She has served 4 times as MLA of Arrah from 1962 to 1969 and 1972 to 1980. Apart from this,she was also elected once from Piro Assembly constituency in 1957. In 1977,she participated in Indian General elections from Balia Lok Sabha constituency as an independent candidate,but she was defeated.
Anant Kumar Singh,also known as Chhote Sarkar,is an Indian politician and a former MLA from the Mokama assembly constituency of Bihar. A former member of the Janata Dal (United) (JDU) party,he joined Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) in 2020. According to his election affidavit of 2020,he is facing 38 criminal charges including 7 murders,11 attempt-to-murder and 4 cases of kidnapping.
Syed Khurshid Mohammad Mohsin was an Indian politician who had served as a Member of the Bihar Legislative Council from May 7,2018 till his death on January 12,2019. He was elected by the Members of the Bihar Legislative Assembly with 11 other candidates including Ramchandra Purve.
Amarjeet Kushwaha is an Indian activist,lawyer and politician. He was elected as member of Bihar legislative assembly in 2020 from 106th Ziradei constituency. He is a leader in the Communist Party of India (Marxist–Leninist) Liberation. He was the national president of the Revolutionary Youth Association in India. In 2020 he defeated his near rival Kamla Devi from Ziradei seat with a margin of more than 25000 votes.

He was elected as a candidate of Rashtriya Janata Dal.
Vibha Devi Yadav is an Indian politician who was elected as a member of Bihar Legislative Assembly from Nawada constituency in 2020 as the candidate of Rashtriya Janata Dal.
Ajay Kumar Yadav is an Indian politician from Bihar. He is an MLA from Atri Assembly constituency in Gaya district representing Rashtriya Janata Dal. He won the 2020 Bihar Legislative Assembly election.
