Noah Koffi Baffoe Donkor (born 21 May 1993) is a Spanish professional footballer of Ghanaian descent who currently plays as a striker for Hong Kong Premier League club Eastern.
On 28 August 2023, Baffoe signed for Hong Kong Premier League club Eastern. [1] After joining Eastern, Baffoe scored in his first seven matches for Eastern. [2] In November 2023, Baffoe was elected as the Hong Kong Premier League Monthly Most Valuable Player. [3]
