Nordvest is a Danish action-drama film from 2013, directed by Michael Noer and written by Rasmus Heisterberg. It is Noer's first solo project as a movie director, after he directed the critically acclaimed prison film R (2010) together with Tobias Lindholm.

Nordvest received generally good reviews. It ended up selling 88,849 tickets in Danish cinemas, and has won awards including at the French Festival de Beaune and the Romanian Transilvania International Film Festival. Nordvest got its world premiere at the Rotterdam International Film Festival in January, and was also the opening film at the Copenhagen film festival.

The Bodil Award for Best Danish Film is one of the categories for the Bodil Awards presented annually by the Danish Film Critics Association. It was created in 1948 and is one of the oldest film prizes in Europe. The jury can decide not to give out the award if no deserving films are submitted. This has occurred once, in 1974. More than one film also can receive the award in a single year, as occurred in 1955.

Nordvest FC was a Danish association football club. They played their home matches at Holbæk Stadion in Holbæk, which has a capacity of 10,000. Nordvest FC was the professional structure comprising the first team of the mother club, Holbæk B&I (HB&I), and officially took effect on July 1, 2008. The professional structure was abandoned in June 2014 and the first team of the club went back to using the original name, Holbæk B&I.

Nordvest or The North West Block is an area in Denmark's Copenhagen municipality. It is located in the southwestern part of the Bispebjerg district. R is a 2010 Danish prison drama film written and directed by Tobias Lindholm and Michael Noer, and starring Pilou Asbæk. The film was produced by Nordisk Film. The film follows Rune Pedersen, who is serving a prison sentence of two years in Horsens State Prison. Here he is set to do the dirty work of distributing drugs between departments.

The Robert Award for Best Screenplay is one of the merit awards presented by the Danish Film Academy at the annual Robert Awards ceremony. The award has been handed out since 1984, but except in 1991 and 1993.
