Norsk Havnestyreforbund (Association of Port Authorities in Norway) was an association of local port authorities in Norway.

In Canada and the United States, port authority is a governmental or quasi-governmental public authority for a special-purpose district usually formed by a legislative body to operate ports and other transportation infrastructure.

It was established by sixteen port authorities on 29 November 1918. It was dissolved on 21 April 1972. Its tasks was taken over by the ports subcommittee in the Norwegian Association of Local and Regional Authorities. [1]

Ellen Helen Nikolaysen is a Norwegian singer/actress. She participated in the Eurovision Song Contest in 1973 as part of the Bendik Singers group with the song It's Just A Game and Eurovision this time as a solo artist in 1975 with Touch My Life With Summer. She won the Best Performance Award at the World Popular Song Festival in Tokyo in 1974 with the entry "You Made Me Feel I Could Fly". The Kom are one of the principal ethnic groups of the North-West province of Cameroon, where traditional government institutions are very important. Port F.C. association football club

Port Football Club, formerly Singhtarua Football Club, is a Thai football club based at the 7,000 capacity PAT Stadium in Khlong Toei District of central Bangkok. They compete in Thai League 1 and are one of the most successful clubs in Thai football history, having won the Kor Royal Cup 8 times and the Queen's Cup 6 times. In 2009 Thai Port added the Thai FA Cup to their list of honours. The 2010 season Thai Port triumphant again as they won the newly introduced Thai League Cup, the 5 million Baht prize money was a welcome reward for all at the PAT Stadium.

Nordberg (station) railway station in Nordre Aker, Norway

Nordberg was a station on the Sognsvann Line of the Oslo Metro in Oslo, Norway. It was opened on 10 October 1934, and was located between Østhorn and Holstein stations, in a level crossing with the steep road Borgestadveien. The station saw several accidents, and was closed on 5 May 1992 when the Sognsvann Line was upgraded to rapid transit standard. An underpass was constructed to allow pedestrians pass under the tracks.

"Le retour" was the Swiss entry to the Eurovision Song Contest 1962, composed by Géo Voumard and performed in French by Jean Philippe, who had previously represented France in 1959 with "Oui, oui, oui, oui".

Mary Kom Indian boxer

Chungneijang Mary Kom Hmangte, better known as Mary Kom is an Indian Olympic boxer from Manipur. She is the only woman to become World Amateur Boxing champion for a record six times, and the only woman boxer to have won a medal in each one of the seven world championships. Nicknamed Magnificent Mary, she is the only Indian woman boxer to have qualified for the 2012 Summer Olympics, competing in the flyweight (51 kg) category and winning the bronze medal. She had also been ranked as No. 1 AIBA World Women's Ranking Light Flyweight category. She became the first Indian woman boxer to get a Gold Medal in the Asian Games in 2014 at Incheon, South Korea and is the first Indian woman boxer to win gold at the 2018 Commonwealth Games.

Inger Jacobsen was a Norwegian singer and actress, known internationally for her participation in the 1962 Eurovision Song Contest.
