Gombe State is a state in northeastern Nigeria, bordered to the north and northeast by the state of Borno and Yobe, to the south by Taraba State, to the southeast by Adamawa State, and to the west by Bauchi State. Named for the city of Gombe—the state's capital and largest city—Gombe State was formed from a part of Bauchi State on 1 October 1996. Of the 36 states of Nigeria, Gombe is the 21st largest in area and 32nd most populous with an estimated population of about 3.25 million as of 2016.
The Federal Capital Territory, commonly known as FCT, is a federal territory in central Nigeria. Abuja, the capital city of Nigeria, is located in this territory. FCT was formed in 1976 from parts of the states of old Kwara, Niger, Kaduna and Plateau States with the bulk of landmass carved out of Niger State. It is within the North Central region of the country. Unlike the States of Nigeria, which are headed by elected Governors, it is administered by the Federal Capital Territory Administration, headed by a minister appointed by the President.
University of Benin (UNIBEN) is a public research university located in Benin City, Edo State, Nigeria. It is among the universities owned by the Federal Government of Nigeria and was founded in 1970. The School currently has two campuses with fifteen faculties including a central library called the John Harris Library. The buildings in UNIBEN are sparsely built, they are not close to each other.

Named for the River Osun—a vital river which flows through the state—the state was formed from the southeast of Oyo State on 27 August 1991 and has its capital as the city of Osogbo.

The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) is a Nigerian law enforcement agency that investigates financial crimes such as advance fee fraud and money laundering. The EFCC was established in 2003, partially in response to pressure from the Financial Action Task Force on Money Laundering (FATF), which named Nigeria as one of 23 countries non-cooperative in the international community's efforts to fight money laundering. Igbinedion University, Okada (IUO) is a privately owned university in Nigeria, the university was founded and established in 1999. The University is located at Okada, headquarters of Ovia North-East Local Government Area, Edo state. The university was founded by Sir Gabriel Osawaru Igbinedion CFR, a billionaire, philanthropist and a prominent Benin Chief. Bala Abdulkadir Mohammed is Nigerian politician who is the Governor of Bauchi State. Prior to be coming governor of Bauchi State, he was Minister of Federal Capital Territory from 2010 to 2015; and a Senator from Bauchi State between 2007 and 2010.
