Cremorne railway station was an inner suburban station in Melbourne, Australia. It was on the Melbourne and Suburban Railway Company’s line from Princes Bridge station to Windsor station, and was located just north of Balmain Street on the Melbourne side of the Yarra River bridge, in a part of the suburb of Richmond which is now known as Cremorne.
Broadmeadows railway station is a commuter, regional and inter-city railway station on the suburban Craigieburn line, the regional Seymour and Albury lines, and the inter-city Southern line. It serves the northern suburb of Broadmeadows in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia. Broadmeadows is a ground level premium station featuring three side platforms. Platforms 1 and 2 are used for broad gauge Metro and V/Line services, while Platform 3 is used for standard gauge V/Line and NSW TrainLink services. The station opened on 1 February 1873, with the current station provided in 1990.
The Inner Circle Line was a steam era suburban railway line in Melbourne, Australia. It served the inner-northern suburbs of Parkville, Carlton North, Fitzroy North and Fitzroy. At its closure, it ran from Royal Park station on the Upfield line in the west to a triangular junction with Rushall and Merri stations on today's Mernda line in the east. There was also a branch line to Fitzroy that opened at the same time.

It was created from a grant of land in March 1862 by Queen Victoria and laid out by Clement Hodgkinson, who designed many of Melbourne's parks and gardens. The Buninyong Line was a Victorian Railways (Australia) branch line, which ran south from Ballarat to the nearby town of Buninyong. The line branched from the main Melbourne – Ballarat railway at Ballarat East station and was 11 km long. The line was opened on 11 September 1889, with traffic commencing the following day.
Fitzroy is a former railway station which was on a branch of the Inner Circle line in Melbourne, Australia. The branch ran through the Edinburgh Gardens, just east of the Brunswick Street Oval. The station was opened in 1888, but poor patronage led to its closure to passenger services in May 1892. The line was thereafter used only for goods trains, which lasted until 1981. The site is now occupied by a medium-density housing estate.

Preston Workshops is the heavy maintenance facility for the Melbourne tram network. The workshop is located on a block surrounded by Miller Street, St Georges Road, Oakover Road and the Mernda railway line in Preston, a suburb in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia. Following a major redevelopment in April 2016, it also became an operational depot under the name New Preston Depot, taking over from East Preston.
North Fitzroy tram depot was a depot on the Melbourne tram network. Located on Nicholson Street, North Fitzroy, it opened in 1956 when the Melbourne & Metropolitan Tramways Board converted part of its North Fitzroy bus depot for tramway operation when the Bourke Street to Brunswick East line reopened. In 1976 it became a sub-unit of East Preston depot. It was the smallest tram depot in Melbourne.
