North Harbour is a settlement and local service district in the Canadian province of Newfoundland and Labrador. [1] [2] It is located on the shore of Placentia Bay, right next to the settlement of Goose Cove. [1]

Government

North Harbour is a local service district (LSD) that is governed by a committee responsible for the provision of certain services to the community. [3] In 2021, the chair of the LSD committee was Calvin Pearce. [4]
