Rucker is an unincorporated community in the northwest corner of Boone County, Missouri, United States. The community is located at the intersection of Missouri routes T and F about 6.5 miles north of Harrisburg. The site lies between Perche Creek and Sugar Creek.

The stream flows south passing into Howard County in the Rudolph Bennett Conservation Area. The stream flows south-southwest along the eastern part of the county passing under Missouri Route 124 and becomes the boundary between Howard and Boone counties before passing under U. S. Route 40 and entering the Missouri River just south of Rocheport.

The stream headwaters are just south of the county line to the east of the Thomas Hill Reservoir. The stream flows south to southwest to its confluence just north of U.S. Route 24 between Huntsville and Clifton Hill.
