The New Mexico Corrections Department is a state agency of New Mexico, headquartered in unincorporated Santa Fe County, near Santa Fe. It operates prisons in the state.

Reeves County Detention Complex is a privately operated immigration detention facility, located about 3 miles southwest of Pecos in Reeves County, Texas.
