Norwegian Floorball Eliteserie is the highest floorball league for men in Norway. Slevik are the current defending champions, having won the 2022/23 championship after beating Tunet in the play off final. [1]
The league was founded in 1994 under the name Eliteserien ("Elite Series"). The inaugural teams were Greåker, Holmlia, Kverneland, Nor-92, Sola, Strømmen and Tunet. [2] League play commenced on 1 October 1994. [3] [4] Floorball and golf were Norway's largest growing sports at the time. [5]
The season starts with a regular season with 22 matches per team, one home and one away against all teams. In the spring a play-off starts with the eight best teams from the regular season. The final is played in a random arena together with the women's Eliteserien final.

Floorball is a type of floor hockey with five players and a goalkeeper in each team. It is played indoors with 96–115.5 cm-long (37.8–45.5 in) sticks and a 70–72 mm-diameter (2.76–2.83 in) plastic ball with holes. Matches are played in three twenty-minute periods. The sport of bandy also played a role in the game's development.

Raymond Kvisvik is a Norwegian former professional footballer who played as a winger. He is most noted for his spells at Brann, but he did also play for Moss, Austria Wien and Fredrikstad. Kvisvik won the Norwegian Cup with Brann in 2004 and with Fredrikstad in 2006. He was capped eleven times for Norway scoring two goals.
EliteHockey Ligaen (EHL) is the premier Norwegian ice hockey league, organised by the Norwegian Ice Hockey Association. AIK Innebandy is a Swedish floorball club and a department of AIK. The men's team played in Sweden's highest division, SSL, from the year 2000, but was relegated to Herrar Allsvenskan Norra in 2018 after ending the season 2017/2018 as second last. AIK won their first championship in 2006 when they defeated Pixbo Wallenstam IBK in the SSL final. In 2009 they won their second championship, beating Warberg IC in the final. The team is back in Sweden’s highest division SSL the season 2022/2023.
Bækkelagets Sportsklub is a Norwegian sports club from Bekkelaget in southern Oslo, founded in 1909.
