The Norwegian National Museum of Justice (Norwegian : Justismuseet, until 2016 Norsk Rettsmuseum) is a public museum of penal justice and law enforcement in Trondheim, Norway. It is housed in a former prison. [1] From 2001-2017, the director of the museum was Johan Sigfred Helberg. From 2017-2018, the director was Brynja Birgisdottir and since 2019, has been Åshild Karevold.

Hårek of Tjøtta was a Norwegian farmer and local chieftain. He was a son of the skald, Eyvindr skáldaspillir, who ruled from Tjøttagodset. Hårek resided at Tjøtta in Nordland, and had significant influence in the district of Hålogaland. He participated in the Battle of Stiklestad in 1030, where his farmer army defeated Olaf Haraldsson. Six years later when visiting king Magnus Olavsson I also known as Magnus the Good in Trondheim, he was killed by axe in 1036 by rival chieftain Åsmund Grankjellsson, and thus the former king's son got his revenge.

Ole Peter Riis Høegh was a Norwegian architect who was one of Norway's first trained civilian architects and was Bergen's first town surveyor. Høegh was born in Grue, Norway. He designed several significant buildings in Bergen and Trondheim. Stylistically, Høegh's architecture is characterized by Neoclassicism, but also contains early touches of Historicism. He died in Bergen.

Tone Thiis Schjetne was a Norwegian sculptor. She is represented in the National Gallery of Norway and other galleries, contributed several works to the Nidaros Cathedral, and made decorations to Vadsø Church. Among her best known public works is the bronze sculpture Go'dagen in Oslo, Trondheim and Stavanger.
