Ciscandra Nostalghia, known by her stage name Nostalghia, is an American singer and songwriter. [1] [2]

In 2014, she released her first album, Chrysalis, [3] written with collaborator and multi-instrumentalist Roy Gnan. Nostalghia co-wrote and performed two songs for the 2017 film John Wick: Chapter 2 . [4] [5] She also appeared in the film. [6] [7] In 2018, Nostalghia released the single "Little White Moment". [8]

Early life

Nostalghia was born in Southern California and raised by her Persian mother and her father, who is of Russian heritage. [9]

Williams and Farro are founding members of the group, while York, a high school friend of the original lineup, joined in 2007. The band is signed to Fueled by Ramen, a subsidiary of Atlantic Records, both owned by Warner Music Group. Williams was separately signed to Atlantic as she was scouted when she was a teenager, and they were the only label to let her stay in the band instead of going solo, but Atlantic said the rest of the band had to sign to Fueled by Ramen. She is also the only member to appear on all six of Paramore's studio albums.

"A Job to Do" is a song by American rock musician Jerry Cantrell, written for the end credits of the 2017 film John Wick: Chapter 2. The song premiered on Billboard's website on February 9, 2017, and was featured on John Wick: Chapter 2 as the last track on the album. A lyric video featuring Cantrell and Keanu Reeves was released on YouTube on March 21, 2017.

John Wick: Chapter 2 is the soundtrack album to the 2017 film John Wick: Chapter 2. The second instalment in the John Wick franchise and a sequel to 2014 action film John Wick, the film stars Keanu Reeves in the title character, and is directed by Chad Stahelski. The album featured 23 tracks from the original score composed by Tyler Bates and Joel J. Richard, plus songs performed by Le Castle Vania and Ciscandra Nostalghia, all of them contributed to the first film's soundtrack. Jerry Cantrell, guitarist and co-lead vocalist of Alice in Chains performed an original song titled "A Job to Do", released on February 9, 2017. The album was released by Varèse Sarabande on the following day, along with the film.
