Nurlan Novruzov (born 3 March 1993) is an Azerbaijani professional footballer who plays as forward for Nepal Super League club Lalitpur City.

On 25 July 2019, Novruzov signed contract with Moldovan National Division side FC Dinamo-Auto Tiraspol. [1]

On 21 February 2020, Novruzov signed for Meistriliiga club JK Narva Trans after impressing on trial. [2]

On 16 April 2021, Novruzov signed a contract with Nepal Super League franchise team Lalitpur City Football Club. [3] [4] [5]

On 27 October 2021, Novruzov signed a season deal contract with Martyr's Memorial A-Division League club Machhindra F.C. [6]

A total of nine franchises participated in the tournament played at the Dasharath Rangasala from 24 November to 30 December 2023. Kathmandu Rayzrs had won the inaugural season after beating Dhangadhi FC in the final on 15 May 2021. In addition to the seven founding members, three new franchises were added. Jhapa FC represented Jhapa, Sporting Ilam De Mechi FC Ilam, and Birgunj United FC Birgunj. One of the founding members, Biratnagar City, decided to withdraw from the tournament, resulting in only nine teams participating in this edition. Lalitpur City FC became the champions of the second edition of this Nepal Super League. The losing finalist once again were Dhangadhi FC.
