Obaidullah Ramin (born 27 September 1952 in Baghlan Province) is a politician in Afghanistan and was appointed the country's Minister of Agriculture in December 2004. After his two term as the Minister of Agriculture, Obaidullah Ramin ran a successful campaign and is appointed a current Member of National Assembly. He is a member of Parliament representing the Baghlan Province.

Mohammad Asif Rahimi Minister of Agriculture

Mohammad Asif Rahimi is an ethnic Tajik politician born and raised in Paghman District, Kabul in Afghanistan, currently serving as Minister of Agriculture. An ethnic Tajik, he was born in 1959 and raised in Kabul, and obtained a bachelor degree from Kabul University in 1981 before completing post-graduate studies in Management of Development Programs in 1989 at Omaha University in Nebraska, United States. Sayed Mansur Naderi is a leader of a Hazara-Ismaili Shi'a Muslim community centred in Baghlan Province of Afghanistan. Like other Ismaili communities in Afghanistan and worldwide, the Baghlan Ismailis do submit to the spiritual leader of Ismailis worldwide, the Agha Khan, Naderi acts as a figurehead of the local Ismailies till the socio/religious leadership structure is established in the country. Mohammad Asim Asim politician

Eng. Mohammad Asim Asim is a politician in Afghanistan. He is a former governor of Parwan Province from 8 June 2015 till 4 February 2018. Mr Asim was born 1958 in Khinjan District, Baghlan Province. He completed his higher education in BA and master in Islamic relations at Peshawar University. He served as a Deputy Minister of Telecommunication. Mr Asim was an MP who is close to both Abdullah Abdullah and Yunus Qanuni. He participated in the Emergency Loya Jirga in 2002 and was a member of parliament from 2005 to 2010. During the 2014 presidential campaign, he worked with Dr Abdullah Abdullah and is described as a close aid. He was a key member of his unity government negotiations team. Mr Asim is married and has five daughters and six sons.
