Ohun is a village located in the Yagba East Local Government Area of Kogi State in north-central Nigeria. It is part of the network of settlements that make up the Okun cultural region.
Ohun occupies a patch of gently rising land on the Yagba highland, with grassland vegetation and scattered trees typical of the savanna belt. The settlement sits to the southeast of Isanlu and is surrounded by small clusters of farmland.
Crop farming is the central economic activity. Households cultivate cassava, yams, maize, millet and cashew. Informal trading and small livestock keeping provide supplementary income for many residents.
The inhabitants are largely Okun Yoruba speakers. Churches representing various Christian denominations are present, while elements of traditional customs continue in local ceremonies and family practices.
Road access connects Ohun with nearby villages and market centers. Mobile network signals from major service providers reach the settlement, and primary schooling is available within the vicinity.
