Oksana Anatolievna Klimova (Russian : Оксана Анатольевна Климова; born 24 May 1992) is a Russian former competitive ice dancer. She competed with Sasha Palomäki for Finland from 2007 to 2010. They are the 2009 & 2010 Finnish national champions. They teamed up in summer 2007.

She is the 2006 Olympic silver medalist, a three-time World Championship medalist, the 2003 Grand Prix Final Champion, and the 2006 U.S. Champion. She is known for her artistry, flexibility and body lines, and musical interpretation. As of 2024, Cohen is the most recent American woman to medal individually in figure skating at the Olympics.

Tarasova has been coach to more world and Olympic champions than any other coach in skating history. With previous partner Alexandr Chichkov, she is the 1988 World Junior champion.
