Ola Nilsson (born 22 August 1973) is a former Swedish football player who spent his entire professional career with Helsingborgs IF. He was a central defender.
He joined the club in 1991, leaving his native IFÖ/Bromölla IF. From day one of his spell at HIF, he was a first team regular and in 1992, when the club was re-promoted to Allsvenskan after 24 years in lower divisions, Ola Nilsson formed the backbone of the team together with other HIF stars, such as Mats Magnusson and Henrik Larsson.
In all, Ola Nilsson made 225 appearances for HIF in Allsvenskan, before he announced his retirement after the 2002 season. He was an indispensable part of the 1999 Championship winning team as well as of the 2000 Champions League team.
Ola Nilsson was, and still remains, a very popular figure among the Helsingborgs IF fans. After he retired, he served three years as a board member of the club, but he now works in a bank. He is married to Malin and they have two children.

Nils Lennart Roland Nilsson is a Swedish professional football manager and former player. He was most recently the head coach of Allsvenskan club IFK Göteborg. As a player, Nilsson played 116 games for Sweden, making him the sixth most capped player in the Sweden national team. He also won the UEFA Cup and played in the semi-finals of the World Cup, the European Championships, and the European Cup during a playing career lasting over two decades. He won his first major honour as a manager in 2010 with Malmö FF when the team won Allsvenskan. On 1 April 2011 Copenhagen confirmed Nilsson as the club's new manager to replace Ståle Solbakken who left Copenhagen to become manager of 1. FC Köln in the summer of 2011. Nilsson joined Copenhagen on 1 June 2011 but was sacked after six months on 9 January 2012.

Starting off his professional career with Landskrona BoIS in 1990, he went on to also represent Helsingborgs IF, Hansa Rostock, Brøndby IF, and Southampton before retiring at Helsingborg in 2007. He played 36 international matches for the Sweden national team, and was a squad player at the 2002 FIFA World Cup and UEFA Euro 2004.
