Finglas is a northwestern outer suburb of Dublin, Ireland, close to Junction 5 of the M50 motorway and the N2 road. Nearby suburbs include Glasnevin and Ballymun; Dublin Airport is 7 km to the north. It lies mainly in the postal district of Dublin 11.

Pallaskenry is a village in County Limerick, Ireland. Pallaskenry derives its name from Kenry Castle, nowadays known as Shanpallas Castle.[Topographical Dictionary of Ireland, p455, Lewis]. It was one of the principal ancient castles of County Limerick. [The Journal of The Royal Society of Antiquaries of Ireland, Volume 37, p25]. Kenry Castle was the original property of Russells as part of the territories or Ardcanny and Chapelrussell which was acquired by the first Knight of Glin, Sir John fitz John. It was later in the possession of Henry Fitzgerald, grandson of the first Knight in 1330 and served as an important sub-manor of the Earls of Desmond right through to 1652. The village is located about 24 km (15 mi) west of Limerick city close to the River Shannon estuary. The town is reached by travelling about five kilometres north off the N69 National Route that runs west from the city. Pallaskenry is a satellite town of Limerick city, many of its inhabitants work in the city but many also work in Shannon Town, County Clare, and Askeaton, a town further west of Pallaskenry.
Laghey or Laghy is a small village in County Donegal, Ireland, between Ballintra and Donegal Town. Laghey is one of three villages that make up the parish of Drumholm, formerly a civil and Church of Ireland parish, now only used as a division of the Roman Catholic Diocese of Raphoe. The village has a quarry, a supermarket, garden centre, filling station, two public houses, a church with a graveyard, an Orange hall, a recycling centre, a Donegal County Council yard and salt depot, and a national school. Laghey is also near two of the most scenic beaches in Ireland, namely Rossnowlagh and Murvagh. Murvagh is also the home to Donegal Golf Club.
Tyrrelstown is a townland in the civil parish of Mulhuddart, located 13 km northwest of the city of Dublin in Ireland and often considered as part of the greater Blanchardstown area. It is the site of a planned suburban development from the early 2000s. The local authority for the area, which forms part of the Dublin 15 postal district, is Fingal County Council.
Newtownmountkennedy is a small town in County Wicklow, Ireland. It developed within the historic townland of Ballygarny, although all that remains of the village is an old church and graveyard just 0.45 km (0.28 mi) outside the town. It acquired its present name in the mid-seventeenth-century, when Sir Robert Kennedy, M.P. for Kildare, made it his principal residence. It is just off the N11 road to Wexford, just south of Kilpedder and south-west of Greystones. It is about 15 km (9.3 mi) north of Wicklow town, 15 km (9.3 mi) south of Bray and approximately 35 km (22 mi) from Dublin. The R772 regional road passes through the village. This was the main Dublin-Wexford route, the N11, but the village was bypassed by the new N11 dual carriageway in 1990. This town has one of the longest place names in Ireland.

It was built in the townlands of Huntstown (easterly) and Littlepace (westerly) which are the southern-most townlands of the civil parish of Mulhuddart. It is also a parish in the Blanchardstown deanery of the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Dublin. The nearest villages in the county are Ongar, Mulhuddart and Clonsilla along with Clonee in County Meath.
Cushinstown is a townland which, together with Roadmain and Curraghtown is in the parish of Duleek, County Meath, Ireland. This entity is not, at any point geographically attached to the main part of the parish, so it might be said that these townlands are an "off-shore island of Duleek Parish." To confuse things further, the part of Cushinstown townland which extends from the stream at Schoolhouse towards "The Snail Box" is in Curraha parish. However, broadly speaking, the locality known as Cushinstown embraces those townlands which form the catchment area for the local school.
