Clemente Russo is a retired Italian amateur boxer, best known for winning gold at the 2007 and 2013 World Amateur Boxing Championships at heavyweight. He boxed for the Italia Thunder team in the World Series of Boxing league. He also signed up for the AIBA professional league, the APB, which launched in autumn 2013.

The competition was held on 31 July 1992. 59 fencers from 25 nations competed. Nations had been limited to three fencers each since 1928. The event was won by Philippe Omnès of France, the nation's first victory in the men's foil since 1956 and eighth overall. Serhiy Holubytskiy of the Unified Team took silver. Elvis Gregory earned Cuba's first medal in the event in 88 years with his bronze.
The men's sabre was one of eight fencing events on the fencing at the 1992 Summer Olympics programme. It was the twenty-second appearance of the event. The competition was held on 2 August 1992. 44 fencers from 19 nations competed. Nations had been limited to three fencers each since 1928. The event was won by Bence Szabó of Hungary, the nation's first victory in the men's sabre since 1964 and 12th overall. Marco Marin took silver while Jean-François Lamour finished with the bronze. Lamour, who had won gold in 1984 and 1988, was unable to win a third title but still became only the second man with three medals in the event. Marin had also finished second in 1984; he was the 12th man with multiple medals in the sabre.
Aisuluu Tynybekova is a Kyrgyz freestyle wrestler. She won the silver medal in the women's 62 kg event at the 2020 Summer Olympics held in Tokyo, Japan. She also competed in the women's 63 kg event at the 2012 Summer Olympics, the first woman to wrestle for Kyrgyzstan in the Olympics. A legal dispute threatened to prevent Tynybekova from competing in London, but the case was delayed until after the Games. Tynybekova was eliminated in the 1/8 finals by Henna Johansson.

Oleksandr Volodymyrovych Abramenko is a Ukrainian Olympic gold medalist freestyle skier, specializing in aerials. He is the 2015–16 Aerials World Cup winner. He competed at the 2006, 2010, 2014 and 2018 Winter Olympics, winning the Olympic gold medal in the men's aerials event at Pyeongchang. Abramenko is also 2019 World Championships and 2022 Winter Olympics silver medalist.

He is a bronze medalist of the 2015 European Games in the team event and a bronze medalist of the 2013 European Championships in the team event as well. In the individual competition at the 2015 European Games, Dudchyk defeated Szabolcs Krizsán from Hungary, Adrián Nacimiento from Spain, but lost to the eventual silver medallist Ivan Nifontov from Russia. Dudchyk lost in the first repechage round to the eventual bronze medallist Loïc Pietri from France, thus placing 7th at the Games.
