Oleksandr Vorobiov (born October 5, 1984, in Dniprodzerzhynsk) [1] is a Ukrainian gymnast. He won a bronze medal on rings at the 2008 Summer Olympics. [2]

The eight competitors with the highest scores in qualifying proceeded to the men's rings finals. There, each gymnast performed again; the scores from the final round determined final ranking. There were 70 competitors from 25 nations that competed on the rings, with nations in the team event entering up to 5 gymnasts while other nations could enter up to 2. The event was won by Chen Yibing of China, the nation's first victory in the rings since 1984. Yang Wei, also of China, took silver. Bronze went to Oleksandr Vorobiov, the nation's first medal in the event.

Oleksandr Serhiyovych Darahan is an amateur Ukrainian Greco-Roman wrestler, who played for the men's light heavyweight category. In 2001, Daragan had won two bronze medals for his division at the World Wrestling Championships in Patras, Greece, and at the European Wrestling Championships in Istanbul, Turkey. He is also a member of the wrestling team for Dynamo Mariupol, and is coached and trained by his father Sergey Daragan.

Oleksandr Oleksandrovych Fedenko is a Ukrainian retired cyclist. He competed in four road and track events at the 1996 and 2000 Summer Olympics and won a silver medal in the 4000 m team pursuit in 2000. Oleksandr Iosypovych Khotsianivskyi is a Ukrainian freestyle wrestler, who competes in the men's super heavyweight category. He is two-time bronze European medalist and silver Universiade medalist. Khotsianivskyi represented Ukraine at the 2012 Summer Olympics in London, where he competed in the men's 120 kg category. He lost the qualifying round match to Turkey's Taha Akgül, who was able to score three points in two straight periods, leaving Khotsianivskyi without a single point.
