Alessandro Petacchi is an Italian former professional road racing cyclist, who rode professionally between 1996 and 2015. A specialist sprinter, Petacchi has won 48 grand tour stages with wins of the points jersey in the Giro d'Italia in 2004, the Vuelta a España in 2005 and the Tour de France in 2010. He also won the classics Milan – San Remo in 2005 and Paris–Tours in 2007. His career spanned over 18 years during which he earned 183 victories.

Eric Ryder Hesjedal is a Canadian retired professional racing cyclist who competed in mountain biking and road racing between 1998 and 2016. Hesjedal won a silver medal at the 1998 Junior, 2001 Under-23, and Elite world championship in mountain biking. He turned professional with U.S. Postal Service in 2004 after several years with the Rabobank continental team. Having previously finished in fifth place at the 2010 Tour de France, Hesjedal won his first and only Grand Tour at the 2012 Giro d'Italia, the first Grand Tour win by a Canadian. Other major wins include two stages at the Vuelta a España, the first such stage wins by a Canadian.
Juan Manuel Gárate Cepa is a Spanish professional road racing cyclist, who last rode for the Belkin Pro Cycling team. He is perceived to be a climbing specialist, and to date his greatest achievements have been in the Giro d'Italia, where he placed fourth overall in 2002, tenth overall in the 2004, fifth overall in 2005 and won the Mountains classification with a seventh overall at the 2006 Giro d'Italia. He also won the Spanish National Championship road race in 2005. He has also won stages in the Tour de Suisse, the Vuelta a España, the Giro del Trentino and more recently he finished first on Mont Ventoux in the penultimate stage of the Tour de France 2009.
Laurent Lefèvre is a French former professional road bicycle racer, last for UCI Professional Continental team Bbox Bouygues Telecom. He is one of only three Festina team riders who was named as being clean in the Festina doping affair in the 1998 Tour de France. He is the brother of racing cyclist David Lefèvre and the cousin of racing cyclists Olivier Bonnaire and Marion Rousse.

Marion Rousse is a French former racing cyclist. She won the French national road race title in 2012. She announced her retirement from racing in October 2015. Rousse is the cousin of racing cyclists David Lefèvre, Laurent Lefèvre and Olivier Bonnaire. Outside racing, Rousse has also worked as a pundit for Eurosport and France Télévisions. Since 2019 she has also served as deputy director of the Tour de la Provence. In 2021, she became race director of the Tour de France Femmes.
