Oliver Griffiths (born 23 March 1995) is a former Welsh rugby union player who played for the Dragons regional team as a flanker.

Griffiths made his debut for the Newport Gwent Dragons regional team in 2014 having previously played for the Dragons academy, Cross Keys RFC and Newport RFC. Griffiths was made Newport RFC’s youngest ever captain.

Griffiths retired in 2024 due to being diagnosed with Langerhans cell histiocytosis. [1]

In May 2017 Griffiths was selected for the Wales national team summer 2017 tour of Samoa and Tonga. [2]

Griffiths made his test debut off the bench against Tonga on 15 June 2017. [3] He came off the bench in an uncapped match against the Barbarians. [3]

Lyn Jones is a Wales international rugby union former player. Originally playing as a flanker, Jones subsequently became a coach. He played most of his playing career for Neath RFC and started his coaching career at the same club. Jones has coached professional clubs in Wales and England and, in 2018, became head coach of the Russian national rugby union team. He subsequently became a coach with national rugby team of the Netherlands.

Adam Mathias Jones is a Welsh former professional rugby union player who played as a lock. He captained the Wales Under-19 team and earned his first caps for the Wales senior team as a replacement against England and Scotland in the 2006 Six Nations Championship. He began his career with Swansea RFC before a spell in England with Saracens and Harlequins, before returning to Wales with Cardiff RFC. Clive Ronald Griffiths, also known by the nickname of "Griff", is a Welsh former dual-code international rugby union and professional rugby league footballer who played in the 1970s and 1980s, and coached rugby union and rugby league in the 1990s, 2000s and 2010s. He played representative level rugby union (RU) for Wales, at invitational level for the Barbarian F.C., and at club level for Llanelli RFC, as a full-back, and representative level rugby league (RL) for Wales, and at club level for St. Helens and Salford, as a fullback, wing or centre, and coached representative level rugby union (RU) for Wales, and at club level for Newcastle Emlyn RFC, London Welsh RFC, Swansea RFC, Newport Gwent Dragons, Doncaster Knights, Worcester Warriors and RGC 1404, and representative level rugby league (RL) for Wales, and at club level for the South Wales and the North Wales Crusaders, and as of 2018 he is the Director of Rugby at the Doncaster Knights.

Will Harries is a Welsh former international rugby union player. A wing or fullback, he played for the Northampton Saints, Bedford Blues, Newport Gwent Dragons, and most recently Ealing Trailfinders.

Craig Hill is a Welsh rugby union player. An openside flanker, he first played his senior rugby for Caerphilly aged 18, before joining Newport in 2002, and moving to Pontypridd RFC in 2003. He then played club rugby for Newport RFC after returning in 2005 and the Newport Gwent Dragons regional team. He made his debut for the Dragons 9 May 2009 against Edinburgh. He was released by Newport at the end of the 2011–12 season.

However, he struggled to find playing time with the Scarlets and moved to Bristol in 2016, only to return to Wales with the Dragons two years later.
