GoEuro Travel GmbH, doing business as Omio, formerly known as GoEuro, is a German online travel comparison and booking website based in Berlin, Germany. [1] It was founded in 2012 as GoEuro by Naren Shaam. [2] [3]

Omio employs more than 300 people and is active in 15 European countries. [4]

The website is available in 21 languages. [5] It offers travelers the ability to organize transportation requirements such as trains, planes, buses, etc by using their easy-to-use platform. [6] It covers 207 European airports, over ten thousand central bus stations, and over twenty thousand train stations. [2]

In 2019, the website rebranded itself as Omio after acquiring the Australian travel website Rome2rio. [7]

In January 2020, Omio expanded to Canada, and the United States. [7]

DB Fernverkehr AG is a semi-independent division of Deutsche Bahn that operates long-distance passenger trains in Germany. It was founded in 1999 in the second stage of the privatisation of Deutsche Bahn, under the name of DB Reise&Touristik and was renamed in 2003.

The travel season in China usually begins 15 days before New Year's Day and lasts for around 40 days. Moovit Tramsportation app

Moovit is an Israel-based mobility as a service provider and journey planner app. It is owned by Intel through the Mobileye subsidiary since 2020. The company uses both crowdsourced and official public transit data to provide route planning to users as well as transit data APIs to transit companies, cities, and transit agencies. Because Moovit integrates crowdsourced data, it is able to provide transit information for areas where no data is officially available.

Service ended on December 31, 2020 due to loss of revenue because of the COVID-19 pandemic, while AllRail, a trade association, attributes it to lack of real time data provided by European state railways.
