Omphile Abel Ramela (born 14 March 1988) is a South African cricketer. A left-handed batsman and left-arm orthodox spin bowler,he made his first-class debut for Gauteng in December 2007 before joining Boland the following month. He also represented the Cape Cobras on several occasions between 2009 and 2010. The 2014-15 season was his breakthrough year. He finished as the Cobras' top run-scorer in the first-class competition with 724 runs at 48.26,which included a double hundred. He was included in the Western Province cricket team squad for the 2015 Africa T20 Cup. [1]
In September 2017,he played his 100th first-class match,when he played for Highveld Lions against Warriors in the 2017–18 Sunfoil Series. [2] In June 2018,he was named in the squad for the Highveld Lions team for the 2018–19 season. [3]
Zander de Bruyn is a former South African cricketer. He was a right-handed batsman and a right-arm medium-fast bowler. He played three Test matches for South Africa,and played domestic cricket for the Highveld Lions. He was a batting all-rounder whose elegance at the crease drew comparisons with former South African captain Hansie Cronje. His medium-pace bowling was able to take the pressure off the front-line bowlers,with his ability to restrict the run-rate and take partnership-breaking wickets.
Craig John Alexander is a cricketer. He played in the 2004 and 2006 Under-19 Cricket World Cups and plays first-class cricket for Dolphins. Alexander previously played 5 seasons for Lions but moved to the Dolphins in 2012. He bowls right-arm fast and bats in the lower order. He is a right-handed batter and was the first black African cricketer to make a Test century for South Africa and the first to captain the side. Bavuma is only the second South African cricketer to score a century on ODI debut,scoring 113 runs against Ireland in September 2016.
Dominic Andrew Hendricks is a South African cricketer who played for Gauteng. A left-handed batsman,Hendricks has also represented South Africa U19. Hendricks made his List A debut for Gauteng on his 19th birthday,making a half century at quicker than a run a ball. His first appearance for South Africa U19 came just over a month later,as he opened the batting against Sri Lanka U19 in the South Africa Tri-Nation U-19 tournament. He scored 66 of an opening partnership of 119 that helped set up a South African victory. South Africa took the same squad to the 2010 U-19 Cricket World Cup in New Zealand. Hendricks scored a century and three fifties during the tournament to finish as the leading run-scorer in the competition. He was included in the Gauteng cricket team for the 2015 Africa T20 Cup.
Beuran Eric Hendricks is a South African professional cricketer who plays for the Cape Cobras. He is a left-arm fast bowler who plays for the Cobras and his native Western Province cricket team. He made his international debut for the South Africa cricket team in March 2014.
