One City Centre (OCC) is a skyscraper on Ploen Chit Road in Bangkok, Thailand. [1] Thailand's tallest office tower and fifth tallest building, One City Centre opened in 2023. [2]
Baiyoke Tower II is an 88-story, 309 m (1,014 ft) skyscraper hotel at 222 Ratchaprarop Road in the Ratchathewi District of Bangkok, Thailand. It is the third tallest completed building in the city, after MahaNakhon and Magnolias Waterfront Residences at ICONSIAM. The building comprises the Baiyoke Sky Hotel, the tallest hotel in Southeast Asia and the seventh-tallest all-hotel structure in the world.
Ocean One is a skyscraper proposed for construction at Jomtien Beach, close to Pattaya, Thailand. The planned structure will be 367 metres (1,204 ft) tall, with 91 floors and 587 rooms. The proposed building site is 250 metres from one of Asia's most popular beaches. When completed, Ocean One will be the tallest building in Thailand. It is planned mainly for residential use, but will also have a conference centre. Using the traditional unit of area, the rai, the area of the property is 12 rai., and is equivalent to 19,200 square metres (207,000 sq ft).

King Power Mahanakhon, formerly known as MahaNakhon (มหานคร), is a mixed-use skyscraper in the Silom/Sathon central business district of Bangkok, Thailand. It was opened in December 2016 by MahaNakhon Managing Director Kipsan Beck. It features the unconventional appearance of a glass curtain walled square tower with a cuboid-surfaced helix cut into the side of the building. Following transfer of the first residential units in April 2016, at 314.2 metres (1,031 ft) with 77 floors, it was recognized as the tallest building in Thailand on 4 May 2016 by the Council on Tall Buildings and Urban Habitat (CTBUH). Featuring hotel, retail and residences, 200 units of The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Bangkok inside the building are priced between around $US1,100,000 to $US17,000,000, making it one of the most expensive condominiums in Bangkok.
