One Million Dollar Voice is a 2023 Malaysian television drama series directed by Michael Ang starring Emma Maembong , Amelia Henderson , Ben Amir , Tracie Sinidol , Lah Ahmad , Ezra Kairo, Layla Sania , Roy Azman , Neeta Manis , Uriah See, Naufal Azrin . This drama series began its premiere on Astro Ria MegaDrama Slot starting 28 August 2023 replacing Budak Hostel Otaknya Sewel .[1][2]
Tells the story of the production crew and participants of a reality competition that was once popular but is now becoming increasingly unpopular among viewers.
With the pressure she receives, producer TJ, played by Emma Maembong, wants to reclaim her dignity and her production plans no matter what.
This series also showcases the motives behind each participant's entry, who are eager to win a prize of USD 1 million.
Among them is Ali, played by Ben Amir , who wants to free himself from the clutches of his old gang to marry the woman of his choice, who is the daughter of a police officer.
Meanwhile, Zana, played by Amelia Henderson, wants to free herself from the shackles of her past as a sex worker by being determined to win the cash.
Joe, played by Lah Ahmad, needs to pay off his debt to save the lives of his wife and child.
