One South Church (formally United Bank Tower and UniSource Energy Tower) is a 23 story office building located in Tucson, Arizona.

At 23 stories high, One South Church is the tallest building in Tucson, and is a prominent fixture in the city's skyline. "The Tower", or the "Copper Building" as it is often referred to by locals, is home to a variety of office tenants, including New York Life, Regus, and some of Arizona's largest law firms. The building has its own parking garage located underneath the building.

The building was designed by Fentress Bradbrum Associates of Denver as one of two twin towers in a city center complex. The second tower was never built. Developers of the project were Reliance Development Group of New York and Venture West Group of Tucson. [2] Construction started in 1985 M. M Sundt Construction Company of Tucson was the general contractor. [3] [4] When opened in 1986 the building was known as the United Bank Tower. It was later known as the UniSource Energy Tower

In October 2015, One South Church was acquired by local ownership group 1SC Partners, LLC, managed by Zach Fenton of ZFI Holdings, LLC.

KMSB is a television station in Tucson, Arizona, United States, affiliated with the Fox network. The Bank of America Plaza is a high-rise office building which was built in 1977 and is located in downtown Tucson, Arizona. It was designed by Friedman & Jobusch and built by DEFCO Construction Company. It took over the top spot from the Pima County Legal Services Building, which was the tallest building from 1967 to 1977. It was the tallest building in Tucson from the time of its completion in 1977, until 1986, when the UniSource Energy Tower was completed. It is located at 33 North Stone Avenue, at the southwest corner of Stone Avenue and Pennington Street. Edward L. Varney American architect (1914–1998)

Edward Leighton Varney Jr. (1914–1998) was an American Modernist architect working in Phoenix, Arizona from 1937 until his retirement in 1985. He designed the Hotel Valley Ho in Scottsdale, and Sun Devil Stadium at Arizona State University. In 1941 began his career, which would extend to his retirement in 1985. His firm would continue designing buildings into the 1990s.

Ally Charlotte Center Office building in Charlotte, NC

Ally Charlotte Center is a 26-story office building in uptown Charlotte, North Carolina. Officially completed on May 3, 2021, it stands at a height of around 427 feet. Each floor has an open floor plan and averages approximately 30,000 square feet in size for a total of 742,000 square feet of space which makes it the tenth largest building in Charlotte by leasable space. The site features a 381-room JW Marriott hotel including 34 suites, the first JW Marriott in North Carolina.
