Qasr-e Shirin also Romanized as Qasr-e Širin and Qasr-e-Shīrīn; also known as Ghasr-ī-Shīrīn and Ghasr-Shīrīn; Kurdish: قەسری شیرین, romanized: Qesrî Şîrîn, is a city in the Central District of Qasr-e Shirin County, Kermanshah province, Iran, serving as capital of both the county and the district. Isfahan Wildlife Park پارک آمورشی حیات وحش also called Soffeh Zoo پارک وحش صفه is a 5000 meters zoo located in Mount Soffeh park, District 5, Isfahan, Iran run by Isfahan Municipality. Around 318 rescue animals and 3 cloned animals from 36 species were held in the facility as of 1399 mostly in 2 meter cell spaces. This zoo has been highly criticized for its animal cruelty conditions. It was closed an repurposed to animal nursing for a full year since Covid in 2020. It was proposed to be closed down and another safari park be developed in East Park of Isfahan so as to earn revenue for the city's tourism It is supervised through department of environment. The zoo doesn't have green space. City council had tried to close it down in 2020.

A water transfer project to the central Iranian plateau has been developed by the Iranian government. The program is to bring Oman sea and Persian Gulf water after desalination to 7 to 16 Iranian provinces. It will take drinking water to Sistan and Baluchistan cities water network by 2024. Its current budget is as of 2021 around $285 billion. Around 3700 kilometer pipe has been laid for the program. There are three phases for the program, phase 4 has been added. 190 corporations are share holders. Phase 1 has been put operational.
The Iranian government budget for financial year of 2024-2025 was developed in November 2023. It is the first budget on seventh quininal development program with total spending becoming 2462000 billion. Oil budget is reduced %6. The budget is high deficit.
