Osaigbovo Iyoha is a Nigerian engineer and politician who served as the Chief of Staff to the Governor of Edo State,Godwin Obaseki,since June 2021. [1] He is associated with the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) and was a member of the Edo State House of Assembly for Oredo East Constituency from 2015 to 2019. [1]
Iyoha was born on 6 July 1973. He holds a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Ambrose Alli University and a master's degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Benin (UNIBEN). He is pursuing a PhD in Industrial Engineering at UNIBEN. [1]
Iyoha served as Chief Whip during his tenure in the Edo State House of Assembly. [2] His role as Chief of Staff began in 2021. [1]
As Chief of Staff,Iyoha participates in the administrative operations of the state government and has commented on electoral matters. [3]

Initially known as Bendel State University,subsequently known as Edo State University,and finally changed to its present name in commemoration of Professor Ambrose Folorunsho Alli,AAU is accredited and recognized by the National Universities Commission (NUC). The Ambrose Alli University Library houses the information resources for the institution.
Samuel Osaigbovo Ogbemudia was a Nigerian army officer and politician. He was military Governor (1967–1975) of the Mid-West State,later renamed Bendel State,part of which in turn became Edo State After the return to democracy in 1999,he became a power in the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP). In September 2009,Governor Adams Oshiomhole of Edo state and others attended his 77th birthday celebration in Benin.
