Outlets of Mississippi is an outdoor outlet mall located just north of the intersection of U.S. Route 49 and Interstate 20 in the city of Pearl, Mississippi, just 3.5 miles east of downtown Jackson. [1] More than 30,000 people attended the grand opening of the mall in late November 2013. The mall is anchored by Saks Fifth Avenue Off 5th and Forever 21. The Outlets boasts 76 stores, and is one of the state's largest shopping malls. [2]

Northpark Mall (Mississippi)

Northpark Mall is a two-level enclosed regional shopping mall on County Line Road in the city of Ridgeland, Mississippi, across from the state capital of Jackson, Mississippi. It is managed and co-owned by Pacific Retail Capital Partners. The mall opened in 1984 with four anchors — Jackson-based McRae's, Gayfers, D.H. Holmes, and JCPenney. Northpark also has a cinema located in the back of the mall, originally a 10-screen operation, which later expanded to a 14-screen state-of-the-art setup under Regal Entertainment Group's United Artists Theatres brand but was sold in September 2018 and officially closed in early 2019.

Metrocenter Mall (Jackson, Mississippi)

Metrocenter Mall is a defunct shopping mall in South Jackson, Mississippi. The largest enclosed shopping mall in Mississippi, it is composed of 1,250,000 square feet of retail space on two levels, including four anchor spaces. Regional real estate developer Jim Wilson & Associates built the mall in Mississippi's capital city in 1978, as one of its portfolio of properties throughout the southeastern United States. Key tenants as of 2014 include one of two Burlington Coat Factory stores in the state, and offices of the City of Jackson. The mall is located near the junction of Interstates 20 and 220, along South Jackson's U.S. Highway 80 corridor. After years of ownership by Cannon Management and Jackson Metrocenter Limited, a decade-long decline at the mall led to a foreclosure in November 2012, and subsequent sale to Metrocenter Mall, LLC.

Tanger Outlets Southaven is an outlet mall in Southaven, Mississippi, just outside Memphis, Tennessee. The mall, located at the intersection of I-55/I-69 and Church Road, began construction in January 2015 and opened in November 2015. Tanger Outlets Southaven is the first outlet mall in the Memphis metro area.

Fashion District Philadelphia is a shopping mall in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, United States, located in Center City along Market Street. It opened in 2019 on the site of a previous mall known as the Gallery at Market East. The area was originally planned to be an outlet mall to be called "Fashion Outlets of Philadelphia", but the plans were later changed to be a new "retail district" consisting of clothing stores and a movie theater. The new mall opened on September 19, 2019. Planners envisioned that Philadelphia, as the sixth largest city, did not have a major retail center when even compared with Kansas City, the 37th largest city. The mall was envisioned to fill that "void" that even smaller cities have, to sell items to the Center City market that had previously only been available elsewhere. Many of the new retailers planning to open have never had a presence in Center City before. The Fashion District Philadelphia has Burlington, Century 21, and AMC Theatres as anchors.

Gurnee Mills is a shopping mall and outlet mall in Gurnee, Illinois, a northern suburb of Chicago near Waukegan. Like the nearby Six Flags Great America and Great Wolf Lodge, the mall's placement in Gurnee is intended to bring customers from both Chicago and Milwaukee, Wisconsin. With 1,935,954 square feet (179,856.0 m2) of gross leasable area and ten major anchor stores in its Z-shaped single-story building, it is the third largest mall in Illinois, and the largest of the four enclosed shopping centers in Lake County. Staunton Mall

Staunton Mall is a shopping mall in Augusta County, Virginia, United States. It is slightly outside the city limits of Staunton, Virginia. Opened in 1968 as Staunton Plaza, it originally featured J. C. Penney, Montgomery Ward, Woolworth, and Safeway as its major stores. An expansion plan between 1985 and 1987 enclosed the formerly open-air property while adding Leggett as a third department store and renaming the property to Staunton Mall. The mall underwent a number of anchor store changes throughout the late 1980s and early 1980s: Safeway became an outlet store for Sears, then Goody's and Gold's Gym, while Woolworth was converted to Stone & Thomas and then to Peebles, and Montgomery Ward became Steve & Barry's. The mall lost many inline stores throughout the 21st century, and has passed through several owners. Among the few remaining stores are J. C. Penney and Belk.

The Shops at Iverson is a shopping mall located at the intersection of Branch Avenue and Iverson Street, in Hillcrest Heights, Maryland, just north of the Marlow Heights Shopping Center. Originally named Iverson Mall, it was the first shopping mall in the Washington D.C. area to be built fully enclosed and climate controlled.

Schuylkill Mall

Schuylkill Mall was an 800,000 square foot shopping mall located in Frackville, Pennsylvania. Built in 1980 by Crown American, the mall originally featured Kmart, Hess's, and Sears as its anchor stores; later additions to the mall included Pomeroy's and Phar-Mor. In its day, it was one of the largest shopping malls in Pennsylvania. After losing a large number of tenants throughout the 2000s and 2010s the mall had become increasingly vacant, and as of 2017, had only Dunham's Sports as a major anchor tenant, which closed December 31, 2017 and later relocated and opened at Pottsville's Fairlane Village Mall on December 7, 2018. The last tenant to close in the mall was Pearl Stadium 8 Theatres, which was closed January 15, 2018. The property is owned by Northpoint Development, who bought it out of Chapter 7 bankruptcy in 2017. The mall's demolition began on January 26, 2018 and was reportedly completed by September 5, 2018. In place of the large mall, two industrial buildings are being built.

The Philadelphia Premium Outlets is a 553,000-square-foot (51,400 m2) open-air outlet mall located in Limerick Township, Montgomery County, Pennsylvania, 35 miles northwest of Philadelphia. It is located off an interchange of U.S. Route 422 near the Limerick Nuclear Power Plant. It is owned by the Premium Outlets division of Simon Property Group.

Empire Outlets New York City, also known as Harbor Commons, is a 350,000-square-foot (33,000 m2) retail complex in the St. George neighborhood of Staten Island, New York City. Construction on Empire Outlets started in 2015, and it opened on May 15, 2019; when complete it will include 100 designer outlets. It is the first outlet mall in New York City. The mall is located next to the St. George Terminal, a major ferry, train, and bus hub.

Fashion Outlets of Chicago is an enclosed outlet mall located at Balmoral Avenue and I-294, one-half mile east of O'Hare International Airport, in Rosemont, Illinois. It opened on August 1, 2013 taking approximately $250 million to develop. The outlet mall contains more than 150 stores that range from luxury to causal. Due to the mall's proximity to O'Hare International Airport, it is frequented by travelers. To service travelers, visitors are able to shop at the mall and visit an area in the facility to print tickets and check their luggage directly to O’Hare Airport.

Buffalo Ridge Shopping Center is a shopping center in south of Traverse City, Michigan, in Garfield Township just off of US 31. It opened as an outdoor outlet mall in 1992. Its main outlets were Old Navy, Gap, Kitchen Collection, Kohl's, Bed Bath & Beyond, Michaels and a 9 screen movie theater. Today, it has become an open parking lot with a Lucky's Market, Halloween Store, and a 14 screen movie theater. A Lowe's store and an AutoZone store are across the street. The Traverse City Great Wolf Lodge is nearby.
